Stuffed Balsamic Portabella Mushrooms
• 12 large portabella mushrooms, Balsamic Honey & Olive Oil Drizzle, box of stuffing.
• Cut stems and scoop out 1/4 of meat.
• Mix drizzle and stuffing mix to a moist consistency. (Shake well before pouring)
• Place stuffing mix into mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over mushrooms.
• Cook in oven at 450 for 25 minutes.
• Remove from oven and drizzle a bit more over warm mushrooms.
• Serve on platter with side dishes and salad forks.
