Crushed Pineapple, Red Bell Pepper, Red Onion, Cane Sugar, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Chipotle Peppers, Sea Salt.

Pineapple & Chipotle Brie Puffs
• Cut flaky pastry dough into 2-3 inch rounds.
• Place cut pastry into mini muffin tins, molding pastry to fit tin.
• Place a small slice of brie (or cream cheese) into the center of pastry.
• Top with tablespoon of Pineapple & Chipotle Salsa. Fold pastry over top.
• Cook for 8 minutes at 400 or until golden brown.
• Serve on platter.
