Crooked Birch is a NH-based specialty food company, launched in 2006. Our mission is to build a brand name that is recognized for its superior taste and high-quality packaging.

We hope to bring value to our retail partners by delivering food products which are exciting, and highly sought-after by our reseller's customers.

Crooked Birch delivers directly to most accounts within our regions, e.g. Greater Portsmouth, NH and Greater Rockland, ME. We use shipping companies (i.e. UPS, Freight) for distribution outside of these areas. Buyer assumes shipping costs.

Payment Term
As a small startup company, Crooked Birch requires payment prior to/upon delivery for the first two orders. Payments may be made using business check, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. You may apply for terms after your 2nd order. You can download credit application here (pdf).

Pricing Policy
Crooked Birch has suggested pricing levels based on a markup reflecting more than a 40% gross margin for our resellers. Retailers should set their pricing somewhere near this level.

Minimum Orders
There is a 2 case minimum order* on wholesale accounts. Cases can be split into halves but must be of same product line (i.e. salsas). There is a $2.00 charge for each split case. *Orders outside of Greater Portsmouth (NH Seacoast area) require a 5 case minimum.

UPC/Nutrition
Each Crooked Birch product contains a unique UPC code for point-of-sale systems and “nutrition facts” to satisfy FDA requirements.
