Grilling Tips

Apple Maple Chipotle Pork Chops
A simple way to spice up grilled pork chops... Marinate 4 center cut loin chops in about a 1/2 bottle of Crooked Birch Apple Maple & Chipotle Sauce for 20 minutes. Grill each side for about 6 minutes over high flame. Serve on platter and drizzle remaining bottle over grilled chops.
Spicy Pineapple & Ginger Chicken Skewers
A great summer appetizer... Using about a 1/2 bottle of Crooked Birch Spicy Pineapple & Ginger Sauce, marinate about 20 fresh chicken tenders in a bowl for about 30 minutes. Place each marinated tender on a wooden skewer. Grill each side on med-low for 6-7 minutes. Serve on platter with remaining sauce in a dipping bowl.
Jerk Style Steak & Corn Kabobs
A sure way to kick up your next backyard barbecue... In a bowl, marinate steak tips and (sliced) corn on the cob with a 1/2 bottle of Crooked Birch New England Jerk Recipe Sauce for about 30 minutes. Place marinated steak and corn on skewers. Grill on med heat for about 8 minutes, rolling twice. Serve with fresh greens.
Sticky Honey Baby-back Ribs
This takes time but is well worth it... Marinate two racks of baby-back ribs in a container with a 1/2 bottle of Crooked Birch Sticky Honey Barbecue Sauce for about 30 minutes. Place marinated ribs on grill. Cook on super low for about 2 hours, turning ribs  several times. Brush with sauce frequently. Serve with fresh coleslaw.
