Football is back. And so is tailgatin'. Char up a half dozen sausages on the grill, alongside a peeled onion and diced tomatoes (on aluminum foil). When done, place charred sausage in a crusty bulky roll, and then top with Crooked Birch 3-Pepper Black Olive Salsa and juicy grilled onions and tomatoes. Go Pats!
Mini Wild Blueberry Cheesecakes
School's back! Have fun with the kids one afternoon. Lay out a half dozen mini graham shells. Mix a tub (8oz) of cream cheese, a teaspoon of nutmeg, and two spoonfuls of Crooked Birch Wild Blueberry Jam. Dollop a heaping spoonful of the cream cheese mix into each shell. Then top with spoonful of Crooked Birch Wild Blueberry Jam. Wicked simple. Real good.
Spicy Pineapple Chicken Dippers
A healthy alternative to the sub shop-style chicken fingers and duck sauce... Cut up a half chicken breast into 6 strips. Place in frying pan with a no fat butter spray and 1/4 cup of Crooked Birch Spicy Pineapple & Ginger Sauce. Cook til' golden brown. Serve with a side dip bowl of Crooked Birch Spicy Pineapple & Ginger Sauce.
Pineapple & Pepper Pizza
