Balsamic Portabella Mushrooms |

12 large portabella mushrooms. |
|
•
Cut stems and scoop out 1/4 of meat. |
|
•
Mix Balsamic Honey & Olive Oil Drizzle and Italian stuffing
mix to a moist consistency. (Shake well before pouring) |

•
Place stuffing mix into mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella
cheese over mushrooms. |
|
•
Cook in oven at 450 for 25 minutes. |

Remove from oven and drizzle Balsamic & Red Pepper Dip &
Drizzle over warm mushrooms. |
|
•
Serve on platter with side dishes and salad forks. |
