Payment Term
|
|
As a small startup
company, Crooked Birch requires payment prior to/upon
delivery for the first two orders. Payments may be made using business check, Mastercard,
Visa, or American Express. You may apply for terms
after your 2nd order.

Pricing Policy
|
|
Crooked Birch has suggested pricing levels based on a markup
reflecting more than a 40% gross margin for our resellers. Retailers should set their
pricing somewhere near this level. |
|
|
Minimum Orders
|
|
There is a 2 case minimum order* on wholesale accounts. Cases
can be split into halves but must be of same product line
(i.e. salsas). There is a $2.00 charge for each split case.
*Orders outside of Greater Portsmouth (NH Seacoast area)
require a 5 case minimum. |

|
Sample Policy
|
|
A full-size sample
is provided FREE with every three (3) full cases ordered of
same product. Samples are also available for purchase at a
generous discount. Sample bottles/jars are marked a such and
cannot be resold. Please request samples while placing
order. |
|
|
UPC/Nutrition
|
|
Each Crooked Birch product contains a unique UPC code for
point-of-sale systems and 'nutrition facts' to satisfy FDA
requirements. |
