NH-based specialty food company, founded in late-2005. Our
mission is to build a brand name that is recognized for its
superior taste and high-quality packaging.
We hope to bring
value to our retail partners by delivering food products which
are exciting, and highly sought-after by our reseller's customers.

Payment Terms
|
|
As a small startup
company, Crooked Birch requires payment prior to
delivery. Payments may be made using check, Mastercard,
Visa, or American Express. Net 15 terms are available to
repeat customers. |
|
|
Pricing Policy
|
|
Crooked Birch has suggested pricing levels based on a markup
reflecting more than a 40% gross margin – close to 90%
markup – for our resellers. Retailers should set their
pricing somewhere near this level. |
|
|
Minimum Orders
|
|
There is a 5 case minimum order on wholesale accounts. Cases
can be split into halves but must be of same product line
(i.e. salsas). There is a $2.00 charge for each split case. |
|
Sample Policy
|
|
A
full-size sample is provided FREE with every two (2) full
cases ordered of same product. Samples are also available
for purchase at a generous discount. Sample bottles/jars are
furnished with no labels and cannot be resold. |
|
|
Shipping
|
|
Shipments within 25 miles of Lee, NH
are delivered by Crooked Birch, or courier, for a flat fee
of $8.50 (regardless of weight). Shipments outside the 25
mile zone will be charged an additional $.12 per mile.

instructions. |

UPC/Nutrition
|
|
Each Crooked Birch product contains a unique UPC code for
point-of-sale systems and 'nutrition facts' to satisfy FDA
requirements. |
